Our Story

MCSC Properties was born from our own family’s experiences traveling and staying in vacation homes. While the properties were often beautiful and well-located, we consistently found ourselves wishing they could be customized to better fit the unique needs of our family. Every trip required us to adapt to the home, rather than the home adapting to us.

At the same time, as an avid saltwater fisherman, I noticed something else missing from most vacation rentals—features designed for life on the water. From secure rod storage and gear rinsing areas to practical amenities for when you return after a full day of fishing, those small but important details were rarely available.

That’s when the idea for our MCSC Properties began to take shape.

We believe vacation homes should be more than just a place to stay. They should support the way people actually spend their time—whether that means creating memorable family moments, enjoying the outdoors, or returning from a great day on the water.

Our goal is simple: Through meaningful conversation and planning we want to provide vacation homes that offer thoughtful amenities and the ability to better fit the lifestyle of the guests staying in them.

Because the best vacations happen when the place you stay feels like it was designed with you in mind.
